What AIgnite builds for you

I build simple automations for the jobs that lose you the most work: missed calls, slow replies to enquiries and no-shows. For trades, that starts with missed-call-to-text, so North East trade businesses never lose work to a phone they couldn’t get to.

  1. Missed-Call-to-Text

When you can’t answer — up a ladder, under a car, on another job — the caller instantly gets a friendly automatic text back, so the enquiry doesn’t go straight to the next tradesperson on Google.

For: Plumbers · Electricians · Garages

  2. 24/7 Enquiry Capture

Every missed call, form and message is logged and answered instantly, day or night. You get notified with the caller’s details so no quote request slips through while you’re on the tools.

    For: Trades & Sole Traders

  3. Booking & Reminders

Customers book a slot, you get notified, and reminders go out automatically — cutting no-shows and the endless back-and-forth texts to arrange a time.

    For: Any Trade Business

  4. Follow-Ups & Reviews

Automatic follow-ups and review requests sent at the right moment — turning finished jobs into 5-star Google reviews and repeat work.

    For: Trades · Local Business

  5. Viewing & Repair Autopilot

Instant replies to viewing enquiries, a few qualifying questions, a link to book a viewing slot and a reminder the day before. Tenant repair requests are logged with an automatic acknowledgement.

The approach

How I work with you

No black box and no complicated packages. One simple founding-client price, and you see it working on your own enquiries before deciding whether to continue.

  1. Free Business Analysis

Before anything is built, I take time to properly understand your current situation — how you handle enquiries, bookings, and admin — so any automation actually fits how you work, not a generic template.

  2. Limited availability

    £75 Set-Up, First 30 Days Included

I’m taking on a limited number of North East founding clients each month. £75 covers building your system and the first 30 days of it running, so you can see real results before committing to anything more.

  3. Weekly Check-Ins

Throughout the first 30 days, we check in weekly to review what’s working, adjust anything that isn’t, and make sure the system is genuinely saving you time.

  4. Only if it’s working

    £49 a Month After That

From day 31, if you decide to continue, it’s £49 a month. If it isn’t saving you time or catching enquiries, you simply don’t continue.

About

22. Newcastle. On a mission.

I’m a student at Northumbria University, currently on placement at Baker Hughes — a global energy technology company in 120+ countries — where I use Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power BI to automate real procurement processes and reduce critical path lead times.

I built AIgnite to bring the same automation tools global companies use to North East small businesses — at a price that actually makes sense.

FAQ

Questions answered

Still unsure? Email hello@aignite.uk.

What exactly is AI automation?

It’s using software to automatically handle the repetitive things your business does every day — texting back missed calls, confirming bookings, sending updates and follow-ups. Think of it as a system that works 24/7 without mistakes.

I’m not technical at all — is this for me?

Absolutely. You don’t need to understand any of the tech — that’s my job. I build it, test it and hand it over in plain English.

How much does it cost?

£75 to set it up, which includes the first 30 days. If it’s working for you, it’s £49 a month after that, and only if you decide to continue. This is a founding-client price for a limited number of North East businesses.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on your setup, but core automations like missed-call-to-text can be up and running quickly. During the first 30 days we start simple, get it working, then refine it together at our weekly check-ins rather than rushing to a fixed deadline.

Will this work with tools I already use?

Most likely yes. I build on tools like Google Sheets, Calendly, WhatsApp Business and Gmail — things most small businesses already have or can access for free.

What if something breaks after launch?

During the first 30 days we check in every week to catch and fix anything that isn’t working, so problems get sorted fast. And I don’t disappear afterwards — ongoing support is part of whatever we agree together.
